Here's How It Works
Step 1
We’ll start with a complimentary consultation! You can book your appointment in our showroom or we can meet you at your home where we’ll dive into your project ideas and investment range. We’ll toss in our design advice and suggestions to match your unique taste.
Step 2
If we originally met in the showroom and once we have a better sense of what you’re looking for, we’ll drop by your place to measure and check out those windows to make sure everything’s a perfect fit.
Step 3
After we have exact measurements, it’s time to get the ball rolling. We’ll work together to iron out the last few order details in your quote – making sure it’s all smooth sailing from here on.
Step 4
Now, don’t worry about the formalities! Our support staff will get your order sorted out and ensure everything is in the pipeline after we’ve received your deposit – which will be 65% of the quote.
Step 5
Once your order has arrived in our showroom, we’ll ping you to set up an installation date and time. Our professional team of install technicians will handle everything, so you can just sit back, and enjoy your new custom window treatments!”
